My wife and I recently spent some time touring small producer wineries in Napa Valley which has suggested the following metaphor for Absolute Media Inc.

I’d like you to think of us as a company that lovingly produces a special product for our clients. That product is a combination of insightful strategic media plans coupled with flawless media execution.

If we were a winery, we’d be a family-owned operation producing superb cabernets or delicious zinfandels for a discriminating clientele. We’d be a little off the beaten track, known to a few, but respected and appreciated by everyone who comes in contact with us.

We would not compete with the big, sloppy mass producers which in this example are the faceless media companies owned by international holding companies. Rather, we see AMI as a special find, eager to work with all advertisers and especially appreciated by marketers with fine tastes and high expectations.
